Dear Friends, Supporters, and Voters,  

I am deeply honored and humbled by the more than 9,000 votes we received in the 2024 special election, as well as by the incredible encouragement and dedication from each of you.

On the campaign trail, I witnessed a disturbing trend: too many of our neighborhoods are being left behind. Instead of stepping back, I committed to rolling up my sleeves and uplifting the underserved communities in the unincorporated areas of Southwest DeKalb. That commitment gave birth to the South DeKalb Coalition, and in just one year, we have already made meaningful strides for the communities that continue to be overlooked.

I have never seen myself as a politician, but as a servant. And a servant doesn't need an elected title to keep serving.
